Nerida Jean identities as a Lesbian (She/Her) and is a corporate boss by day, artist, creative facilitator and psychology student by night. She facilitates art therapy, sensory play, breath work, meditation with a focus on creating safe and accepting spaces for inner child work. 

Nerida is a strong advocate for women and breaking conditioning. We are influenced so much by the world around us and often this results in building walls up for protection. Bringing down these walls can allow us to truly connect with others, to heal, experience shame, desire and to have fun in ways our society doesn’t promote. Nerida just wants to make people feel accepted in their mind and body.
